Booked as part of a business trip - from the get go Emma and Dale were fantastic hosts with clear communication which made the booking a breeze. 

Lovely home and everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. Would definitely recommend.

Had a really great stay! The house is spacious and well maintained. A short walk from the centre of Bridlington and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Lovely clean and cosy house for a family trip to Bridlington. Great location, only a few minutes walk to the north and south beaches. Very comfy beds. It was useful to have a parking permit but sometimes we had to park a few streets away from the house. Thanks for having us!

We will book again for  next years annual trip and that says it all

Perfect house to host 3 families and their children 2-7 yrs . We had plenty of room and storage . I would say there are lots of stairs not a criticism of the house just a tip for those with toddlers (we just blocked the stairs when sat downstairs) . Very responsive hosts . Parking was on street so was difficult to park sometimes.(another tip ) Luckily only up the road you can park in a car park which was very reasonable. It’s a great location everything in walking distance. Thanks to our hosts :)

We all had a superb holiday. Dale is a very attentive and friendly host who made us all feel so welcome. The property is very clean and tidy and contained everything we needed. Will definitely be staying again and will recommend to friends and family!!

Gorgeous house in a fantastic location- 2 minutes walk and you're in the centre, yet the street is quiet enough to have a brilliant nights sleep on the extremely comfy beds! Dale was super responsive and friendly via message, couldn't do enough to help, we're already planning our next trip!

From start to finish the communication with Dale was very good. The house was lovely, very welcoming, very spacious and just as described. 
The kitchen had every amenity (Range cooker/ air fryer etc) and a large fridge, which was great as there were 10 of us. The bedrooms were lovely too and the beds very comfy.
Parking was a little difficult as on street and was very busy, however there is a car park close by.
Unsure how close to shops/ centre as we didn’t venture in as we booked it as a base as we were doing a 21 mile charity hike from Filey back to Brid.

We booked Dale & Emma's place so that we could spend Christmas together as a family. Everything was perfect - the house was beautifully decorated for the festive period, and was really well-equipped - to the extent that we were able to cook a full Christmas dinner 😊 Dale & Emma were probably the most responsive, friendly, and helpful hosts that we have ever dealt with, and we'd highly recommend staying in their lovely home 😊

We visited this Air B&B as a family for a seaside trip to Bridlington. We usually stay in caravans when visiting the area but SO glad i found this Air B&B as it was so homely, spacious and clean with amazing facilities. The house is in a perfect size for a family to stay together which we loved. The house is also in the perfect location and we will 100% be visiting again. The host was very helpful and responsive. Thank you for such a pleasant stay in your gorgeous house Emma and Dale! x
